How do I book a shoot?

We’ll start by pencilling in your preferred date during our initial conversation. Once your 50% deposit is received, we’ll lock it in and make it official. Your shoot is booked and ready to go!

How should I prepare?

A little prep goes a long way.
A great night’s sleep can make all the difference in how you look and feel on shoot day. Set yourself up for success by choosing your wardrobe the night before, and allow a little buffer time around your session so you can arrive feeling calm, confident, and ready to shine.

Where are you based?

While I’m based in Redfern, I partner with a network of studios across Sydney that can be booked as needed. Prefer to keep things onsite? I’m happy to travel to your business location for convenience and efficiency.

Do you travel?

Yes, I travel, I love it!
Whether your shoot is across town or a little further afield, I’m happy to come to you. A small travel and location setup fee will be included in your quote so everything’s clear and seamless from the start.

How do I view and select the images?

See your best shots in real time.
During a standard portrait session, I shoot tethered so you’ll have the option to view and select your favourite images on the spot.

Prefer to decide later? No problem. I’ll send you a private gallery with 10–15 curated images to review at your own pace. Simply ‘favourite’ the ones you’d like retouched, and I’ll take care of the rest.

How many final images will I receive?

Let’s make sure you get exactly what you need.
We’ll agree on the number of final images before your shoot, based on your brief and goals.

In a standard corporate headshot session, each person receives two professionally edited portraits, delivered in both web and print-ready formats. Need more? No problem. Additional images can be included and will be reflected in your final invoice.

Every session is tailored to you, and all final image files are delivered to match your unique requirements.

What is your turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround time is just 5 business days after you’ve selected your images. Once we’ve reviewed the retouching needs, we’ll promptly confirm your exact delivery date. Need your final files sooner? We’re happy to accommodate rush requests for an additional fee, just let us know!

Do you edit your images in-house?

Every image is carefully edited in-house to guarantee professional results that perfectly align with your brand. Our editing approach is subtle and refined, crafted to highlight the very best in every client.

Do you provide RAW unedited files?

RAW files are available for release with a usage license fee. Perfect if you have an in-house creative team. Please note, copyright remains with the photographer unless we agree otherwise.

Can we add additional staff or image requirements on the day?

If time permits, absolutely! Any additional image requests will be clearly included in your final invoice.

Are we able to reschedule?

Absolutely! Just be sure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
